There will be NO RENT Increase FOR 2009.

Looks like our rent petition worked......

I spoke to Mr. Carbello today, December 10th, he informed me that the Popotla's owner has elected not to increase the space rent for 2009.

Space rent can still be paid annual with a 8 % discount, semi-annual with a 4 % discount, or monthly.

A late fee may be added if the monthly is not paid by the 10th of each month.

This is great news, to start our next year here in Popotla, have a great holiday season.
