There will be NO RENT Increase FOR 2010,
however the i.V.A. tax has been increased to 11%.
Example:
Your rent is $500.00 per month.
Impuestos 2% = $10.00
I.V.A. 11% = $55.00Total $565.00
Space rent can still be paid annual with a 8 % discount, semi-annual with a 4 % discount, or monthly.
A late fee may be added if the monthly is not paid by the 10th of each month.
This is great news, for Popotla Renters.
